What You'll Start With
-Parts ordering, sourcing and receiving
-Supporting shop and field technicians with speed and accuracy
-Learning our systems, suppliers, and standards
-Assisting in inventory organization and control
-Building clean, accurate parts estimates
What You Can Earn
This role has a clear path to Parts Manager- but it's not automatic
You'll earn it by:
-Proving accuracy and urgency under pressure
-Taking initiative without being asked
-Showing you can control chaos and create structure
-Demonstrating you understand margin, inventory, and efficiency
-Becoming the person the team naturally relies on
When you've proven you can run it- you will.

-Experience in heavy equipment, ag, or trucking is a strong asset
-Mechanically inclined- you understand what you're ordering
-Organized, fast, and detail- oriented
-Self-driven- you don't need babysitting
-Accountable- you own mistakes and fix them
-Hungry to grow into something bigger
