Black Sheep Heavy Duty is a small, family run business that specializing in keeping heavy equipment running strong. We're looking for a Parts Manager to join our tight-knit crew and take leadership of our parts department. We are a growing company. At this time, this is a one-person department. You'll be managing inventory, ordering, shipping and receiving. If you like a challenge, autonomy, organization, and getting your hands a little dirty, you'll feel right at home here.Job Description:
What you'll do:
-Manage and track inventory levels for parts and supplies
-Source and order parts from vendors in a timely, cost-effective manner
-Receive, inspect and log incoming shipments
-Package and ship parts as needed
-Cooridinate withour service team to ensure the right parts are on hand
-Maintain a clean and organized parts area
-Build strong relationships with team members and suppliers
Qualifications:
-Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and procurement processes effectively
-Proficient in purchasing and sourcing to ensure optimal supply chain operations
-Excellent customer service abilities to address client needs and inquiries
-Mechanical knowledge to understand parts and components releveant to the industry
-Familiarity with data entry and streamlining processes
-Must be a team player
-Possess a strong history of reliability
Bonus Points for:
*Experience in a service role or mechanical background
*Familiarity with heavy equipment, diesel or agricultural parts
*Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle tasks independently
Shift Schedule:
- Full Time
- 44 hours per week
