In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our shop and field technicians supplied, organized, and efficient. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Shipping and receiving parts, components, and materials
- Organizing and maintaining parts inventory
- Assisting the Parts Manager with daily parts orders and sourcing support
- Completing parts runs and pick ups as required
- Inspecting incoming goods for accuracy and condition
- Preparing outgoing shipments
- Supporting technicians and service staff with parts needs
- Maintaining a clean and orderly shipping/ receiving area
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks related to inventory
- Upholding Black Sheep Heavy Duty's core values and high customer-service standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
- Valid driver's license (clean abstract a must)
- Basic computer skills (training provided)
- Willingness to learn heavy-duty parts, systems, and suppliers
- Strong communication and teamwork
Experience is an asset but not required- we're willing to train the right person.
